I bought this fun top & skirt a couple of weeks ago at JcPenney during a great sale they had going on! I think I only paid $2 or $4 for each! What a deal, right?

I wanted some simple strappy heels last Summer so bad and couldn't find them anywhere! Now that they're so popular they're everywhere and I'm so pleased! I'm hoping to snatch up a few more pairs before Fall!
