Easter with the "in-laws"

This Easter was the first holiday I have spent with Adam's family. It was a lot of fun! I finally got to spend some real time with my future in-laws. We drove to Stillwater on Saturday evening to celebrate his dad's birthday. We ate chinese and spent the night to save us 2 hrs of driving time since we were coming back the following day for Easter dinner.

On Sunday me and Adam drove downtown and walked along the city streets, checking out open shops. There were some really cool little stores! We walked down to the water to check out how high it was and sat down by the lift bridge for a while. It was a beautiful day out, which made it absolutely perfect!
Then we headed back to his parents just in time for dinner. Vegetarian lasagna for me, and ham for everyone else, along with cheesey potatoes, green beans, corn, rolls and wine!

There's a church just down the road from their house - Saint Michaels. I fell in love INSTANTLY! We pretty much decided that will be the church we're gonna get married in some day. It was absolutely PERFECT!
I'm such a girl and have always dreamed of getting married in a church with big steeples. I love that there's a door on each side with lots of stairs. And inside is just breathtaking.
