I'm a shopper....there's no hiding that.
Another thing that I'm great at is getting rid of things.
I'm very aware of the amount of space I have for clothes/shoes/accessories and I'm very good at getting rid of something when I bring something new in. So throughout the past few months I've been setting aside all of my "to go clothes", as I call them, in preparation to start my online store. Well the time has come and I'm ready to take that leap!
However....I need your advice - which site is best for hosting an online store? I'm completely new to all of this so I kind of need someone to hold my hand.
I'd prefer a site that is free & only takes a small percentage of each transaction. I'd consider a site that is not free if there is a lot of traffic on the site so my pieces would have a larger audience and would more than likely sell more/faster.
Help a sista' out, ladies! I need suggestions!
Such a good idea to set up an online store, theres quite a few out there, and I was quite scared to start, thought it was super complicated but It isnt,I use ASOS marketplace which is pretty straight forward, but take a small percentage and alot do,atleast on asos they only take a percentage when you sell something and dont charge you to upload things and use there site.Theres also bigcartel, etsy and ebay?
ReplyDeleteAwesome - thanks for the advice!
DeleteThis is a great question! I wish I could help! I've seen a few bloggers use Posh? Not sure what it is, but I'd love to find out too! Thanks for visiting my blog Asher:)!
ReplyDeleteI use tictail for my online shop - they don't charge any fees and it's very straightforward to set-up. Good luck!
